The Congregation of the Blessed Sacrament, “Societas Sanctissimi Sacramenti”, was founded in Paris, France, on May 13, 1856 by St. Peter Julian Eymard.
The Congregation of the Blessed Sacrament is a religious congregation. Here in the Philippines at present we have 8 parishes administered by the Philippine religious. Of course in every parish entrusted to us we have also our community. In very community at least there are three religious priests, and some there a religious brother be assigned also. It will depend the availability of the brothers. Our tasks as religious is the evangelization of the Eucharist, the charism of our congregation. St. Peter Julian Eymard is our founder.
Our mission is to respond to the hungers of the human family with the riches of God’s love manifested in the Eucharist.
