Since Formation is a priority, we have filled the stages of formation with able formators that have been equipped with the tools to provide those under their care with spiritual guidance and direction: Fr. Andres Malawis as Postulant Director, Fr. Thonn Riosa as Novice Director (assisted by Fr. Zaldy Norba) and Fr. Rey Capili as Scholastic Director with Fr. Allen Peña as Pastoral Director.
We also have some religious who are engaged in formation work even not of our own seminarians: Fr. Choy Ramos is the Director of the diocesan students staying at the Eucharistic Center. Fr. Mike Garcia is the Spiritual Director of the seminarians in the Major Seminary of the Diocese of Laoag.
Furthermore, not only seminarians for the priesthood and religious life, but also consecrated laity are being catered to: Fr. Mike Garcia is the Director of Servitium Christi and Formator of its members.

Spiritual Directorship (S.D.): Most of our religious are spiritual directors to many religious associations and organizations.
