PPCRV is a Catholic Church-based initiative, and among its many advocacies are assisting voters and educating them and conducting poll watching. All SSS parishes and seminarians are active in the PPCRV, especially on election day itself. Only non-candidate volunteers of the parishes are encouraged to help in this endeavor.
