The Provincial Development Office (PDO) was created principally to solicit funds for the education of our seminarians, and it falls under the Provincial Treasurer’s Office. PDO is currently headed by Fr. Choy Ramos, whose responsibility now includes having to develop and pursue fundraising projects. This enables the Provincial Treasurer to concentrate on disbursements and reporting tasks.
