Our brother scholastics are assigned to different apostolates or ministries as part of their ongoing preparation for perpetual profession and the priesthood: Vocation ministry, ministry to old and sick priests, doing volunteer work in charitable institutions like Hospicio de San Jose, hospital apostolate at United Doctors Medical Center (UDMC), for example, and ministry for the propagation of Basic Ecclesial Communities like in the parishes of Carmel and Sta. Cruz.
