There are SSS religious who are involved in some CBCP and Diocesan Commissions especially in the areas of Liturgy, Religious life and Matrimonial Tribunal. They are Bp. Sofronio “Ronnie” Bancud, who is a Member of CBCP’s Episcopal Commission on Prison Pastoral Care (2011-2015) and a Member of CBCP’s Commission on Social Action, Justice and Peace (2013-2015); Fr. Mike Garcia, who is the Executive Secretary of CBCP’s Permanent Committee on International Eucharistic Congresses and a member of a Diocesan Matrimonial Tribunal; and Fr. Joel Lasutaz, who does some work for the Cagayan de Oro Archdiocese as Vicar for Religious. ·
